Joe Higham - a musician (jazz, in general) who's based himself in Brussels Belgium. A rather frustrating place to live for musicians as it's a small country with plenty of great musical talent. However, the beer is excellent, the people are friendly (even if they're split politically by two languages - and the politicians make it that way). What more can you want!Apart from playing music, he also studies at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve, which is part of the UCL, working towards an MA in musicology. He also works on the developments between computers and live music.
